By year end, Arizona Industrial Properties is poised to break ground on a 20 acre industrial development. This is Phase I of an actual 40 acre planned industrial development.

The development is located on S. 40th Street near E. Southern Avenue, which is approximately 3 miles south of the Sky Harbor, Phoenix airport. The site was previously occupied by Whitfield Nursery and the new development will help provide needed warehouse space to a number of industrial businesses within the ever growing Phoenix market.

Phase I will consist of a six (6) buildings totaling approximately 300,000 square feet. The facilities will be able to service an array of industrial warehouse and manufacturing tenants. Available sizes will range from 15,000sf to 60,000sf. Facility amenities will include 28' warehouse clearance height, truck-well, dock-hi and grade level loading throughout, ample power and state of the art fire sprinkler service.

Greg Hoyt, the developer and President of Arizona Industrial Properties has selected Kennedy Design Build to be the contractor for this development.
